Is there anyone in Dissimulo who knows how to work the subway that can help me?

I need to get to Discedo as soon as possible, and I'd rather not defeat the entire purpose of the trip by doing something stupid like Heiji-nii and almost dying in the process.

[Once again, Kaito can be found at one of Spero's several parking garages, this time on the very top level, which appears to be completely barren save for Kaito himself and one of these guys floating just behind him over his left shoulder.
